Late last year I had an intervention.

Well, it wasn’t really that dramatic but I knew I needed to sort my office in a big way so that I could make space for doing my Real Food Real You magic. You know when you have clutter around you and it feels like it is weighing you down.

So a couple of my friends booked in a day and turned up after the school drop off with determination in their eyes.

I fed them and kept them in caffeine supply and made decisions around where furniture could be shifted to and whether I really did need to keep that folder of kids school work from 10 years ago…

We got rid of clutter, we talked and laughed and cleaned and removed the infestation of dust bunnies.
It’s funny how you think that it cant be THAT hard just cleaning out one room, but what a difference it makes when you have SUPPORT of people/person who care about you, and know (probably from their own personal experience) that your life will be a little bit CALMER, HAPPIER, RELAXED with a tidied up space.

It reminded me that you don’t have to do it alone, or be a martyr, or hold on to stuff that isn’t serving you anymore.
I got to feed my friends (my magic) and one friend got to organise (her magic) and the other got to style (her magic) and it is that perfect meshing of magic all coming together.

I realised recently what the analogy of my Office Sorting Day / Real Food Real You is when I was peering in to my tidy bookshelves the other day.

I needed help to sort out something that was holding me back. Help was given to me and it has made a big difference.

Just like Real Food Real You: I always say that eating real food is “just common sense” but for some of us it is more than that – it is a belief, or a fear, or a pattern that we cannot break ALONE. We need help.

And that’s what I can do you. I can help you.

If you are feeling like you have a tonne of bricks (OR BOOKS!) laying on top of you and you are weighed down by the myriad of confusing diet/marketing messages out there – I can help.

You don’t have to do it alone.
